The legal basis of the GTC is the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) as amended in 2021 and the Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) as amended in 2017 For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (m, f, d) is dispensed with. All personal designations apply mutatis mutandis to genders.

cancellation

The sale of admission tickets is a leisure service within the meaning of Section 5c(4)2 KSchG. These are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 5e KschG). There is no right of withdrawal for tickets ordered by telephone or online in accordance with Section 18(1)(10) FAGG.

Liability claims against Salzburger Heimatwerk relating to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are fundamentally excluded – unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of Salzburger Heimatwerk.

bargain and sale

Our general terms and conditions apply to all written, electronic (online store, e-mail and fax) and telephone orders and are accepted by the customer with every order. The delivery time is approx. 10 to 14 days after receipt of order. The prices quoted by us include the respective statutory value added tax. In addition to the purchase price, we charge shipping costs, which are listed individually for each product. Apart from this, there are no further costs for you. Young people under the age of 18 require the signature of a legal representative.

exclusion of pension rights adjustment

There is no right of withdrawal for tickets ordered by telephone or online in accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG. Cancellation of paid tickets is not possible. However, subject to reservation, there is the possibility of resale on a commission basis at the customer’s risk. In this case, a refund can only be made in the amount of the ticket price achieved through the resale less a commission fee.
